CYwP Fund I portfolio company, MakeOffices, formerly UberOffices, announced today that it is expanding nationally, starting with Chicago and Philadelphia in February. The expansion, just four years after MakeOffices launched coworking and private office spaces in the DC region for tech startups and other entrepreneurs, will increase its square footage to 600,000 – making it the second largest coworking company in the country based on square footage after WeWork. MakeOffices’ nine additional locations planned in cities across North America will be announced throughout the year.
