The property is located on Sheriff Road adjacent to FedEx Field and the Prince George’s County Sports and Learning Complex. The location offers convenient access to the Capitol Beltway, U.S. Route 50 and Metro stations serving the Blue, Orange and Silver lines. Woodmore Town Centre – home to Wegmans, Costco, JC Penney, Petco and Best Buy – is nearby, as are major employers and an elementary school.
The pet-friendly community has onsite laundry facilities and a playground. The apartments have two bedrooms, one bath, eat-in kitchens, wall-to-wall carpeting, spacious living rooms plus individual HVAC units and hot water heaters. They will be updated on lease turnover with new bathroom tiles and modern, open concept kitchen-dining-living spaces. Hallways will be painted and new light fixtures will be installed. The property was purchased for $3.1 million.
