Current Yield with Participation Funds (CYwP Funds) is pleased to announce that Current Yield with Participation Fund II (CYwP Fund II) is fully subscribed. CYwP Fund II closed with more than 50 high net worth investors and is not accepting additional investors.
CYwP Funds were formed to provide flexible growth capital through debt and equity investments in operating companies and high-yield real estate opportunities in the continental U.S. CYwP Funds seek diverse investments that not only provide quarterly distributions of interest or dividends but also have the potential for significant capital appreciation.
CYwP Funds are managed by Ethan Assal. Barry N. Dickstein, Walther Hsu, John F. (Jay) Ripley and Dr. Robert Samit serve on the Advisory Board.
