Current Yield with Participation Funds (CYwP Funds) is pleased to announce that Current Yield with Participation Fund III (CYwP Fund III) is fully subscribed, with 95 high net worth investors.
The Fund closed after raising more than $26 million and having already committed more than $15 million of capital in nine investments that include a number of operating companies and a diversified mix of commercial real estate. The Fund is not accepting additional investors.
CYwP Funds were formed to provide flexible growth capital through debt and equity investments in operating companies and high-yield real estate opportunities in the continental U.S. CYwP Funds seek diverse investments that not only provide quarterly distributions of interest or dividends but also have the potential for significant capital appreciation.
CYwP Funds are managed by Ethan Assal. Barry Dickstein is a partner of CYwP Funds II and III. Alain Chetrit, Walter Hsu, John F. (Jay) Ripley, Dr. Robert Samit and Mark Segal serve on the Advisory Board.
