Current Yield with Participation Funds (CYwP Funds) announced today that CYwP Fund III has invested in the Hilton BWI, a 280-room Hilton Hotel located on a five plus acre site. The property was developed and opened for business in October 2006.
Hilton BWI is located minutes from the Baltimore-Washington International Airport and BWI Amtrak/MARC Station. The hotel is easily accessible from Interstate 195, providing access throughout the entire Baltimore-Washington, DC greater metro area.
The property enjoys continued demand from both the surrounding presence of the federal government and BWI Airport itself. With the approved 2018 federal budget, defense spending will expand by over $80 billion, further benefiting the local area and more specifically the defense and cybersecurity presence that surrounds the property.
