Current Yield with Participation Funds (CYwP Funds) announced today that CYwP Fund IV has invested in The Lofts at Midtown (The Lofts), a multi-family real estate development located in Raleigh, NC.
The sponsor acquired The Lofts in an off-market transaction which resulted in a favorable purchase price. The Lofts is a 184-unit development built in 1975. The property recently went through a $4 million renovation, with improvements made to both the interior and exterior. It is located in the heart of North Raleigh near high end restaurants, retail, and commuter areas.
