The sponsor acquired Azalea in an off-market transaction in a desirable location that has exhibited significant economic expansion of late, in a submarket that is Greenville’s fastest growing.
Azalea Hill was built in 1998 and consists of 160 units in the Verdae section of Greenville, a prime location with easy access to I-85 and I-385.
