Current Yield with Participation Fund I (CYwP Fund I) portfolio company UberOffices today announced that it closed a second round of funding on December 31, 2014.
UberOffices has already started using the funds to develop three new offices in Washington, DC, which will double the company’s square footage in the city to approximately 88,000 square feet. UberOffices is slated to open offices in Philadelphia, PA and Chicago, IL in mid-2015 and has plans to expand into other metro areas by the end of the year.
