MRP Realty and UberOffices, a CYwP Fund I Portfolio Company, Buy Building on 16th Street NW

CYwP Fund I portfolio company UberOffices and MRP Realty have acquired a 32,000-square-foot building at 1509 16^th Street in Washington, D.C.

The seven-story building is located near the intersection of 16^th and P streets, a block away from Logan Circle’s Whole Foods. It will be converted to an UberOffices shared office space.

UberOffices now has 119,000-square-feet in five buildings in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The company will soon be expanding into Philadelphia and Chicago.
