Current Yield with Participation Funds (CYwP Funds) is pleased to announce that Barry N. Dickstein has joined the advisory board after spending more than 10 years at Houlihan Lokey Capital Inc. and Milestone Advisors LLC.
Dickstein was at Milestone when it was sold to Houlihan Lokey in 2012. At Houlihan Lokey, he was a development director in the financial institutions group and, with Milestone, he was a managing director providing mergers and acquisitions, corporation finance and restructuring advisory services to middle market companies. Dickstein is also a principal shareholder in Comsource, a residential property management firm.
CYwP Funds were formed to provide flexible growth capital through debt and equity investments in operating companies and high-yield real estate opportunities in the continental U.S.
CYwP Funds are managed by Ethan Assal. Dickstein joins Walter Hsu, John F. (Jay) Ripley and Dr. Robert Samit on the advisory board.
