CYwP Fund II portfolio asset, Junction Square, announced today that EagleBank is providing financing for the mixed-use townhome community under construction in historic downtown Herndon. The 55,000-square-foot Tradition Homes project includes 20 residential townhomes and 5,500-square feet of street-front retail. The townhomes will feature two-car garages, elevators, open-plan designs and modern finishes as well as roof-top decks. The project is the first in historic downtown Herndon in nearly 10 years and will serve as the entrance to the active community. Future residents will be able to take advantage of the WO&D Trail, the Herndon summer concert series and other nearby amenities.
