Current Yield with Participation Funds (CYwP Funds) announced today that Current Yield with Participation Fund III (CYwP Fund III) has invested in The Dane (formerly Penn Wynn House), a 17 story, 231-unit Class C property with rents significantly below market.
The Dane property is immediately adjacent to a Septa Regional Rail line, allowing for direct access to Center City Philadelphia in only 10 minutes.
In July 2017, work began to fully transform the property. By Q1 2019, the property will be remodeled into a fully amenitized, revitalized apartment community and rebranded as “The Dane.”
