635 Main Street, Wilmington, Massachusetts (Property) is a 4.86-acre lot located along Route 38 within walking distance of Wilmington Station on the MBTA commuter rail. The Property is also located close to an amenity-rich area of Wilmington, featuring numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment establishments.
Plans are to develop the Property into a 64,260 square foot development, consisting of 49 units comprised of 10 townhomes, each featuring two bedrooms and a den, and a three-story, wood-framed apartment building over a podium, containing five one-bedroom and 34 two-bedroom units. Each townhome will come with an attached garage and a private tandem parking space, while the 39-unit apartment building will include a total of 75 parking spaces, consisting of 47 underground garage spaces and 28 surface parking spaces.
