The Urban Commons Hotel Portfolio consists of 10 hotels, totaling 2,977 keys. Seven of the hotels are in California, two in Colorado, and one in Florida. Urban Commons has renovated all 10 of the hotels over the last three years. The loan for the properties was purchased from Starwood Property Trust which had recently originated the loan as part of a $375 million recapitalization.
Urban Commons contracts with experienced third-party hotel management companies to operate the hotels.
